We value our client relationships. We provide each client with the continuous attention of senior personnel – or as we like to describe it, all of our partners are “working partners.” It is our standard procedure to have at least two senior persons informed of a client’s requirements and the progress of their projects. One, of course, has prime responsibility while the other serves as a resource and backup and provides quality control and peer review.
This system also allows great flexibility regarding our ability to handle client matters within the defined time parameters – the availability of senior personnel will never be a bottleneck. Additionally, as a practical matter, review and turn-around time is condensed, thus saving the client time and cost.
